Employee status for purposes of determining Facility Use Privileges by Health & Human Performance Services is based on the status encoded by the University on the ID card. As there are many classifications, the following may not apply, but will for most. Please contact 112 RB, Information Center (801-422-3644) to determine a particular status or classification for privileges.

Part-time BYU faculty, administrative and staff employees may purchase Facility Use Privileges for per day or per semester. Guests

All guests must be sponsored by a person who has Facility Use Privileges and pay to receive a daily wristband. This can be done at 112 RB, Information Center.

The guest policy provides current members of the campus community an opportunity to bring an occasional guest, not to provide regular facility access to local friends and associates who are not members of the campus community.

The definition of an "Occasional Guest" is, generally speaking, a visitor(s) from out of town with whom the sponsor would like to spend some time with at BYU.

Members of the campus community are encouraged to abide by the spirit of the guest policy. Accommodating a high volume of guests makes it difficult for the College of Health and Human Performance to focus its resources and efforts on accomplishing its core mission.
